Ugh. I prayed for breastfeeding to give me an easy way out. It didn’t. We can regain ourselves. Jameson first tried the keto diet last March as a last-ditch effort to lose the baby weight that stuck around after she gave birth to her daughter in April 2017. Due to her noticeable results, Jameson has been a proud supporter of the high-fat, low-carb diet, often opening up about her experiences with it on social media. Despite her successes, not everyone has agreed with her opinion of the eating plan — notably celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels — but Jameson doesn’t believe others should be bashed for trying. “10 months living the #keto lifestyle.
